I am the happy new owner of my very first home thanks to Kimberly's efforts! I was very nervous going into this process being a first time home buyer, but Kimberly really made me feel comfortable and made sure that I understood each step in the process as well as making sure that I found exactly the right home for me. She showed me multiple different property styles and locations so that we could get a feel for what/where I needed to be, was there to answer any questions, and actually provided helpful information that I hadn't thought to ask for. Kim Ryan provided the very best real estate services for my relocation to Denver. I have never worked with such a professional, caring, and dedicated realtor until I met Kim.
