Kimberly is amazing, and we would not have our house if it weren't for her knowledge, ability, and dedication. We bought out place at a really rough time in the market - every house we bid on we were almost instantly out-bid, in cash, by someone wanting to flip the property. Despite the brutal market, Kimberly was generous with her time (she would respond instantly and set up viewings quickly), considerate of ours (she would not hesitate to say "I feel like you aren't in love with this house, and you should be if you are going to buy, so do you want to move on to another?"), and great at finding potential places we were missing in our search. She also was the difference between us getting or losing the house we moved into - her knowledge and savvy with the process is the ONLY reason we have the house we love.
