Ella, Westampton, NJ We were moving to the area from several states away and needed a realtor who knew this area well. We got that in spades from Kim. She was extremely informative about the different towns' past, present, and potential future. She was also perpetually patient with us -- whether we wanted to see a house that probably wasn't right but "just in case" or see another house one more time or with contract negotiations. Her end goal was to put us in the house that we wanted for a price that we would be happy with, and she had no problem putting in the foot work to make that happen. She also hustled for us -- getting us into houses at the last minute that we'd just happened to drive by, squeezing in all the right places when we were just in town for the day, doggedly advocating for us when a seller offered an incredibly unfavorable contract. And, perhaps more importantly, she really understood what we were looking for -- perhaps better than us -- and led us to some neighborhoods we hadn't considered. One of those neighborhoods ended up being our new neighborhood, and it is a better fit than I could have imagined. Burlington County is a big place, and you really need a realtor who has deep insights into the parts of the county you are looking for. Hands down, that was Kim. She was a great advocate in our journey, and for that we are extremely thankful
