I can't say enough good things about Kimberly. My wife and I met with Kimberly and told her we were in the very early process of buying a home in Sun City Lincoln Hills. We figured we were still a few months out from making an offer but needed to look at the different models to see which one would work best for us. She showed us a half dozen homes and as it turned out we found the perfect home on that first day. We were totally unprepared for that eventuality, but we wanted this house. Kimberly walked us through all of the paperwork and determined what it would take to give us the best chance to have our offer accepted. She worked quickly and diligently and took our offer to the seller the following morning. By that afternoon she contacted us to let us know that our offer was accepted. We found out after the fact that the day after our offer was accepted 5 more offers came in for that property. If it hadn't been for Kimberly's hard work and quick actions we may have lost out on this property or ended up in a bidding war. After the sale Kimberly has come by a couple of times to see if there is anything we needed. We did have some work for a handy man but didn't know of anyone since we were so new to the area. Kimberly recommended one who came out and did a great job at a reasonable price. Just one more service Kimberly has provided us after the sale. My wife and I whole heartedly recommend Kimberly for your real estate needs.

She has excellent and economical resources that were a great help during the inspection, and every stage, of the process. First off, Kim was the best person to work with on the purchase of our first home. She was attentive to what we wanted and needed in our home. As first time home buyers, she answered any and all questions that came her way. We could tell that Kim was very passionate about her job and helping us find our forever home. The Market wasn't so great to us starting off with two homes that we had put offers in were not selected. Right when we started giving up, we found the home that we wanted. We reached out right away to Kim, set up an appointment to view the home, and fell in love! We were the only offer submitted until the last hour. However, with Kim's negotiation skills and contract work, our offer was selected! We have now been in the home almost a month, and are ecstatic at where we are at.
