Based on my first hand experience, I can confirm that Kirk is a top notch realtor. He is conscientious, follows through on what he says and stays in touch (proactively) to keep information flowing. Having worked with other realtors who lacked these qualities, I can say his behavior is, unfortunately, not the norm. If the opportunity would arise, I would engage his services again.

I was in the process of buying my first house and Kirk helped make that time so much easier and understandable. Whenever I had any questions whether it was about the process and what needed to be done and why or what kind of things I should be looking for with insurance and utilities. I am so grateful for Kirk being our agent and helping move my family into a home we all love!

My experience with Kirk Catt far exceeds the rather shallow experience I had with my realtor when selling my California home in order to relocate to Pasco. Kirk was always ready to discuss a home, sent MLS leads on a regular basis, gave me pointers on different areas in and around Pasco, so all in all my experience was excellent.

Kirk was great! He worked hard to help us find what we were looking for. He gave us honest pros and cons for each decision. He was always ready and willing to help however he could. He is always very positive and we never felt like he was judging us, rather he is very compassionate and understanding.

I was referred to Kirk by my brother who has bought two homes from him, and found out later a few other friends have worked with him as well, Kirk has exceeded my expectations as a first time home buyer. I gave him a List of all things I was looking for in a home and he didnt have to show me 10 homes. The first one he showed me was the ONE! He payed attention and acknowledged every detail I asked for i loved his professionalism and his honesty about everything. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me an understanding of things I was not familiar with. He was always available when I needed him and very responsive to all my questions it made this home buying experience so easy and Exciting!
