Don't waste time with anyone else--read this. If you're looking for a realtor in Atlanta I strongly recommend Kirsten Conover.. Due to relocation we needed to sell our house fast. After Kirsten's tweaks and marketing we had a full price offer in 5 days! I had talked to 7 realtors prior to finding her, some at length... all were nice and I'm sure great, but none had her energy or passion, they just wanted the listing - either over valuing for wow factor, or provided skewed data to under price so they could get a quick sale. Kirsten gave us a plan of what we need to do to sell and not leave a dollar behind at closing. Quite simply - she blew the competition away. I hired her the same day. She immediately got to work, helping us with light fixtures, accessories, paint colors and hardware; and afterwards brought in a great stager and photographer. She has impeccable interior design skills, knows the market, what type of people are house hunting in the neighborhood and what they want and expect. Through the entire process she was always 100% available - either via phone, text or email. Following our offer she successfully and painlessly navigated us through Inspection and Appraisal to the closing table. I know we wouldn't have got the same results without her and dread to think how it could have gone.

Kirsten was our agent for both the sale of our current house and purchase or our dream home. She helped shepherd my wife and I through the process of staging our house to show to the upmost of its potential. She helped shop for items and was over at our house multiple late evenings getting everything just perfect. We had an offer in the first 24 hours and a signed contract in 72 hours. She listened to the things that were important to us in a new house and provided knowledge of neighborhoods, flood plains, school districts and other issues that helped us select the optimal home for us.

Kirsten listed our house and helped us through a purchase involving a contingency contract in a very fluid situation. It probably required more attention than the average deal. Throughout it all, Kirsten stayed on top of details and communicated very well, anticipating problems and dealing with them in proactive fashion. On the sales side, she offered critical advice, in terms of home presentation, and had a pretty good idea of what she could get for the sales price. Kirsten was excellent to work with. She brought in a staging person to help with preparing the place for listing. We followed the advice exactly and removed excess furniture, painted walls, and updated accessories. Her photographer took great photographs. Kirsten prepared a market analysis and spoke with other agents that sell in the area before we agreed on a listing price. We listed our house on Wednesday and were under contract (following multiple offers) by Tuesday of the following week. We got $25,000 over asking price.

Over the last six years, Kirsten has sold two personal residences for me and my wife, and helped us with the purchase of two personal residences and an investment condo. In addition, Kirsten has sold my mother's condo, and two homes in estates in which I served as Executor. The most recent sale involved a modern home built in 1986 that required a lot of work in a number of different areas. From marketing the home, to negotiating the terms of the sales contract, to taking the lead on several extensive repairs (such as stucco repairs and radon remediation), to addressing post closing issues, Kirsten did an outstanding job yet again with the most difficult transaction she has handled for me. Kirsten is very nice to work with, is tireless with her efforts for her clients, and just seems to thoroughly enjoy what she does. I could not recommend Kirsten any higher, and will certainly be working with her on future real estate transactions.
