- Kirsten helped me buy a home
Worst realtor I have ever dealt with. She is not familiar with local codes and has a very inexperienced inspector she refers you to. She was late every time we met and very unprofessional. She tried blaming everything on the builder when it was her fault since she was so incompetent. I do not even see how she has her license. Please save yourself and stay away from Monark. They are a joke and just out for the money. They do not care for their customers at all.
