Klodian confirmed and set up a time to meet with us at a property, however, when we arrived he claimed he didn't have the correct key though the issue of the changed key was previously resolved. It was the first time we met him, I have a hard to not feeling he made assumptions or stereotypes about us upon appearance. He made no effort to initiate another time we could see the property. Instead said "sorry" in an "oh well" sort of way. We had wasted our time driving over to meet him at HIS requested time & confirmed arrangements 15 min prior to meeting. Unprofessional!

We loved working with him. Attention to detail, punctual. Knows a lot about real estate. Highly recommended.

We sold our home with Klodian. He was a pleasure to work with. He was always on time and kept up with all the communication. Very knowledgeable and the real estate market. He was able to sell our home above asking price. I hear horror stories about people selling their home but this was a very good experience for us.

Overall it was good. He helped me buy my first home. We had some issues with the home yet again none of that reflects on his work. I wish that I got a better price on the home but I guess it is, after all, a seller's market. I am not happy with my rate either but I guess I can always refinance. It was my first time buying. This is not my first home or anything but I kind of thought it would be different. As I said, overall things are good.

We absolutely loved working with Klodian. He has extensive knowledge of the market and be is an excellent negotiator. We received over $100,000 over asking price. He is excellent. You would most definitely love working with him!!!
