When we approached Koshy to sell our home, it appeared that he did his research before our first meeting and he came prepared. He sent us an email with information that would prepare us to decide a listing price. When he came to the home, he was very honest on what were must dos to get the home sold and what we would not have to do. He explained every step of the way in detail before and after we got the first offer. He would answer texts within minutes and was very easy to speak with. When making decisions as if we needed to make a price change he assured us that he would be firm on that price with an offer and he was.
