I was 21 when I started to look at buying my first home. The market was absolutely crazy and I wasn't even sure it was possible. I sat down with Kris and he walked me through every single step. Kris and his amazing team at Rize Real Estate Group came to our rescue!! We listed our house with another agency in April and by by July, we were extremely frustrated that we had very little showings. We told our agent that if our house didn't sell by the end of August that we wanted to end our contract. The last week of August I started doing a ton of research on agents and called Kris with Rize Real Estate Group. I told him our scenario and asked him if he would come to our home to get his opinion on why our house wasn't selling. Listening to Kris go over his ideas on how to market, stage and list our house, we knew immediately that we had to have Kris as our agent. We signed a new contract on Sept 1st and went live on Sept 9th and in less than 12 hours, we had an offer on our house. Unfortunately, that fell through a couple of weeks later so Kris relisted it on a Friday and by the following Monday, we had 3 offers at asking price. We accepted one of the offers and while waiting for all the contingency deadlines to expire, we got a back up offer as well. Kris did it!!! We closed on our house on October 12th. He made the process so smooth and was always communicating with us so we knew exactly what was going on. Don't make the same mistake we made by going with someone else. We wasted 5 months with a realtor that was just waiting for someone to buy our house. Kris isn't a waiter, he is a seller!!! We can't hank you enough, Kris!! When you decide to sell your house, don't make the same mistake we did. The "other" agency that is less commission and trust me!....less engaged in selling your home. After meeting Kris Bowen, we KNEW how serious he was and his passion for what he does. We weren't listed 24 hours and we had an offer(we went nearly 3 months without one!). Kris at Rize is the best agent in Utah! I had listed my home in Herriman with Homie and it had been on the market for several weeks without much movement. One cancelled offer and not much help from the Homie agent later, I called in Kris to come save me!He put a lot of thought and care into the marketing of the home including a spot-on market analysis for price, open house, amazing staging, and tons of professional photos. He was even there changing lightbulbs and fixing bad carpet! Kris is always prompt and thoughtful in his communication, and just an overall great agent and person. With Rize listing the house, it got loads of interest and multiple offers. Needless to say, even in this strange market, it sold quickly after the holidays and Ive got a huge weight off my chest. I couldnt be happier and Ill never use another agent.

From the moment kris reached out to me he was very personable wanting to get to know us and learn more about what it is we were wanting to do. At the time we knew we wanted to buy a house but didnt know how to start. They gave us the information we needed and our journey had set sail in 2023. After more downs than ups we decided to take a break from house hunting. Kris was very understanding allowed us to regroup our thoughts and kept the communication open. Although we were not looking he was interested in keeping the relationship going and inviting us to company events. When we decided it was time to search again in 2024 kris was excited to work with us once again. He has been very attentive working around our schedules , providing feedback and helping us improve on each offer. With that said we cant thank him enough for being such a great realtor and helping us get into our first home. We are very excited and honored. 20/10 recommend. I usually dont do reviews but he was exceptional!!

I cannot express in words how grateful we are that we ended up working with these guys. We just recently bought our first home and Kris and the family at Rize real estate we're truly amazing. We worked with Kris, and he truly made us feel like family and showed us every day how much he cares about us getting the house that we want that we like. He never once made us feel rushed, or tried to push us into a deal that didn't work for us. We had heard so many horror stories of people working with more aggressive realtors and were really scared to get into the process.
