Krista Candlish

FIVE STAR REVIEW!WE LOVE KRISTA!!! We recently bought a home in November. With the lack of availability, we needed to move fast and have an enticing offer. Krista was a godsend. She got us in a day before the open house ( from my prior experience most realtors just send you there with the herd) and assisted us in making a offer that was enticing. Within a couple of hours our offer had been accepted. The buyers cancelled the open house the following day and today we are living in our dream home. If Krista had not been our realtor, who knows if we would still be struggling to find a home. Krista is super thoughtful, extremely professional and just an overall great human. I would highly recommend using her to buy/sell your home.

FIVE STAR REVIEW!Krista went above and beyond to get every detail involved in selling our home. Her ability to understand the market and precisely value our home, made it easy to sell. Her advice on staging the house and photos were amazing. Highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs.

FIVE STAR REVIEW!Krista was great during our home buying experience. We had a lot of uncommon hurdles that made thing extremely difficult and frustrating, she was there every step of the way and worked very hard to make it all come together. She communicated very well between all of the different agencies involved and was our focal point of information. I highly recommend Krista for anyone looking to buy of sell a home.

FIVE STAR REVIEW!Krista is an excellent agent. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She listed our place in July and we were on contract in 3 days, well over asking price. She is a go-getter with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!
