Over the past 9 years I have been in the industry I have seen a lot of changes. From a good market where buyers were lucky to have the house they wanted stay on the market long enough for them to look at to today where sellers are put in a situation where they may have to bring money to the table or hope their bank lets them do a short sale; each sale has been rewarding. Handing over the keys to a buyer for them to open their door to their new homes or getting keys from a seller who has sold their house is what drives me to continue my career in Real Estate. I started my career to have extra spending money as I worked full time for the corporate world until one day as I sat at my desk in my office I got a call from a buyer who was crushed her lender said she may not get her dream home after all.
