More about Kristen Coulter
Hi, I’m Kristen Coulter, a real estate agent with Real Broker, licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. I help buyers feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the home-buying process.
Before real estate, I worked as a paralegal, teacher, and small business owner. Those roles shaped how I work today—detail-focused, patient, and clear in my communication. I believe no question is too small, and understanding the process matters.
Because buying a home looks different in North Carolina and South Carolina, I take time to explain what to expect in each state, so there are no surprises along the way.
My goal is simple: to guide you to the right home while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
