Kristen in an excellent agent- extremely responsive and proactive in addressing your needs and looking out for you as her client. Always available and "on it". Even after the sale of our home closed, she was supportive and helpful of things that came up in the move and settling in. I have used other agents in the past as both a buyer and a seller, and this was by far the best and easiest experience I've ever had. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

I have been wanting to write my review for awhile now, probably even before my house was sold and other properties were in the mix. I cannot say enough good things about Kristen and this goes beyond being an amazing realtor.. she is an amazing person. I have owned my own business and have managed others & I wld kill to have an employee who is 1/2 as dedicated to the job as Kristen is to her clients. Howard Hanna shld be so proud to have her on their side...she makes them look good!!! She is remarkable! Im so grateful she represented us. Im beyond impressed w her dedication and Im envious of her work ethic. She never stops. Buying & selling a house is rarely, if ever, easy, and its more than just numbers and knowing how to negotiate, its also important your realtor get the emotional part of the process. The balancing act of keeping the emotional side w her client in check and being able to get the numbers right, dealing w the other side, the negotiating and knowing when its time to either go for it or its time to walk away is a very hard task to take on. Kristen nails it every time. She has such a respect & empathy for all of the emotions that go into the buying/selling process and takes time to listen and understand whats important to her clients and is very good at keeping everyone realistic about the process as well as up to date on everything (I dont know when she sleeps). That being said, as nurturing and warm as she is, Ive also seen her be able to represent her clients as though shes mama bear protecting her cubs. Shes a fighter that I would always bet the house on (no pun intended ;). Every single client to her is special. She wants nothing but the best for her clients and will do whatever she can to make it a successful and stress free (as possible) process, even if that means shes helping you stage the house or raking the yard (yes, this is true)... shes all in. Like I said before, shes remarkable. Definitely an above and beyond realtor! I love this girl!!!

Kristen is an amazing realtor that you want on your side in any real estate transaction. She is professional, knowledgeable and so helpful. I am a first time homebuyer and I couldnt navigate this process without her (and frankly wouldnt want to). She always listened to what was important to me and had my best interest in mind. My wife and I met Kristen at an open house that we stopped by. Didn't find the right house that day, but found the right realtor. After going through a very chaotic transition from NYC back to western PA, navigating pending job offers, pay estimates, etc., Kristen was able to navigate all of these logistics (along with the emotions and incessant questions of being first time home buyers). We are now of course writing this review settled into our new home. Might I add, that the timeline and level of responsiveness to make this as speedy, yet detailed, transaction, was top notch. She did not skip a beat, like I mentioned, indulged all our questions, worries, and anxieties with such kindness and professionalism.
