Just wanted to say that Kristen really helped me out a lot. _ I was selling my house from a different state. Kristen did a a lot of the leg work for me that I couldn't do from out of state. She took care of some things (on the property) that the seller would normal take care of. Helped me a lot to understand the Az market with setting the price and negotiating counter offers. Overall, it was a very good experience.
