Kristen Taylor was referred to me by our mutual friend. I was looking to purchase a home in the high desert. I was very impressed by her response and thorough follow-ups. Kristen provided us with a comparative market report that was organized and very easy to understand. She sold our home on the first weekend with 20 offers in one day. She then went through all of the details and explained everything in clear and concise language. We had never been presented with the kind of thoroughness that Kristen brought to us. We have since decided to delay selling our home at this time. We have on occasion had questions and each and every time we have reached out to Kristen she has been available and very knowledgeable.
