Kristi Mendez

Kristi was born and educated in Michigan and upon graduation from Ferris State University, witha degree in Finance, she headed west to Arizona. By 1996 Kristi obtained her real estate license and remained with the same real estate broker for 17 years as an Executive Assistant until that broker retired. Kristi’s past job responsibilities included interviewing and hiring of real estate agents, contract reviewing, sales negotiations, management of open escrows, detailed reports on the maintenance and management of listed assets, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivables. Kristi has a strong background dealing with both corporate and individual clients in the sales, management and disposition of relocation, short sales, and foreclosed homes. Kristi obtained her Broker’s license in 2010 and currently holds the designations of CDPE, CNE, and is A-REO Agent certified. Kristi enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two daughters, vacationing in Rocky Point, baking and playing softball.
