Kristi was awesome(a superstar). She repeatedly went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were taken care of as a client. She always communicated with me at where we stood with each property. I would email her a property that I was interested in and she would set up an appointment to visit it almost immediately. However, due to the market, I was outbid on a number of properties. This was disappointing but she gave good advice on my bidding strategy. I was finally able to purchase a property thanks to her help. I also wanted to close on the property in less than 30 days. She assured me that it wasn't an issue. She stayed on top of my lender and seller and we were able to close 3 days AHEAD of schedule.
