Kristian Knox was by far the most important dedicated relator I have seen he showed us homes according to our schedule he listen to every single detail we asked for him to find our perfect home and he did that in one week. He probably showed us like 30 homes and never gave up on finding what my family wanted. Kristian Knox is by far one of the hardest worker in Real estate and he won't give up till u find the home u want and I know because he did it for me and my family

Kristian did an amazing job with the listing of my home. My home was listed for less than a month before I received a final offer and closed working a month. Kristian coordinated all the necessary repairs to prepare my home for listing and then did the same with the repairs necessary following the various inspections. There were several repairs and coordination with the contractors involved and I was able to remain completely hands off which was awesome! I felt a sense of security knowing that he had everything under control. He was very organized and patient throughout the entire process. A few great qualities include his positive attitude, his network of professionals, and his knowledge. He's also a very easy going guy that will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want hear. Being a first time home buyer I didn't really know what to expect. But luckily Kristian knox had been sending homes and listening to what we like and what we were looking for in our price range without pushing or anything. Made it easy to get Info and inspect with out me ever really having to leave work extra. I Highly recommend him.

In October 2017 we decided to purchase our first home in California. We decided to work with Kristian from the moment he contacted us, he was very patient with us and has a great sense of humor. Kristian basically held our hand through the whole process by making sure we were on top of getting all the documents needed in order for everything to go smoothly. He was always available to show us homes even if it was through Google duo since we were in different states through the home buying process . There were two times when we gave him a short notice of us coming down and he was well prepared to show us the homes. He always gave his most honest opinion and that is why we would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new home.

Good guy to work with. I met him a couple years ago, and I said I wasn't in the market at the time. He kept in contact with me until I got my part ready (credit, money and so on). And when I was ready to take that next step, I couldn't think of another person. Especially someone who kept in touch with me, just because it was the right thing to do. Kristian is the best! We were first-time homebuyers and he provided a ton of information for us to reference/use. He texted me back within minutes when I had questions, no matter what time of day it was and always got us in to walk through houses within 12 hours of me asking about specific addresses. He also scheduled our showings around both my and my husband's work schedules.
