Kristie DeLay

A Colorado native, I am very active in the community. From coaching high school volleyball (they rock, BTW), to playing recreational hockey (yes, a goalie!), to actively participating in the Grand County Board of Realtors, the Granby Rotary Club and the Granby Chamber, I love to be hands-on with what drives me: making our community successful and a fun place live! My family is a big part of my life and seeing my sons’ successes in sports and academics is both humbling and awesome. There’s nothing better for me than cheering them on! I am also an excellent listener and will not only pay attention to what you say, but adapt that to finding you the perfect mountain home, whether a ski condo, a townhome, a mid-sized house, or the mansion of your dreams. Because I have been in the county for a long time (14 years), I know the neighborhoods, the hidden gems, the best place for the views, and where your perfect mountain home can be found. I also work with select sellers to proactively market and sell their home as quickly as possible and for the best price!
