We have worked with many realtors over the years and Kristin Babby is the best realtor we have worked with to find a home. She is very responsive, unassuming and willing to explore. We always felt she gave us her best answer. She was always willing to reach out to the selling agent with any questions we might have. And all this with a smile. Kristen is a delight to work with. Kristin is a great realtor. She is professional, very responsive, I dont think I ever had to wait back to hear from her for more than 3 minutes. She knows her business and she is so easy to talk to and down to earth. Easy to relate to her and understood what I was looking for. She is not pushy or pressuring in way at all. Shes a good listener and only showed me what I could afford. I would work with Kristin again. Shes great.

Kristin was absolutely incredible. My wife and I owned a home in another state and took a leap of faith on the Vancouver area. Due to work obligations and the pandemic, we were unable to visit properties in-person and we lacked the local expertise to find the right home, school, or area. Kristin was respectful of our time, worked diligently to understand our wants & needs, shared her extensive expertise of the area, and painstakingly worked to virtually walk us through numerous properties. She was a tough negotiator and advocated for us on several properties, ultimately helping us land a dream home in an idyllic neighborhood that has greatly exceeded all expectations. My family and I are eternally grateful for her assistance and will happily recommend her to family and friends.

Fabulous we put in six offers with another realtor. I had to part ways with that realtor. My cousin suggested that I give Kristin a try. I called her. She was heading for a vacation so I told her I would go another direction since she was going to be on vacation. She did not let that hold her back. She worked evenings and kept in contact while on vacation. We had about 20 homes set up for tours when she returned. There were about three that we wanted to put an offer on.
