Kristin is the kind of realtor you would expect your best friend to be for you. She knows what to do, does it promptly, lets you know what you need to do in a timely manner, listens, knows knowledgeable people to assist with the process, helps you avoid pitfalls, keeps the process going without pause, alerts you to problems, offers options for solutions, supports you when you are lagging, and is fastidiously honest. She guided us through buying a home when we weren't expecting to do so but the very right one became available. You simply cannot find a better realtor anywhere!

I really cannot recommend Kristin Delgado highly enough! She represented us as our buyer's agent...when the house behind us unexpectedly came up for sale, we knew it was the perfect place for my mom but had no idea where to start. Kristin got us an early showing, connected us with a great mortgage broker to get us pre-approved for financing, helped us craft the perfect offer, and we were under contract before the house ever officially hit the market! She was able to recommend great inspectors, engineers, and contractors so we knew exactly what we were getting into, and she was on top of absolutely every detail every step of the way. Kristin is truly amazing...and, in addition to being a consummate professional, she is also a kind, caring, utterly delightful person! Seriously...call her--you will not regret it!

Kristin has worked tirelessly to help me find the house that was just right for me. Living in a another state, I couldnt drop everything and drive to TX to look at a listing, so she would personally check it it out for me, sending me photos and videos. Kristin was absolutely amazing! Working with her from Australia presented its challenges with time zones etc but she went above and beyond for us every time, from doing videos of homes when we couldnt be there, to answering my many questions regarding the area and even schools etc. There was nothing that was too much trouble for Kristin! Whats not to love about Kristin. From the beginning she was fighting for us. Our house was on the market with Kristin and she made every detail matter. She CARES about her clients. We werent just another pay check, but we were friends. She wanted the best for us. I would recommend her without a doubt. Kristin is seriously the best. 100% integrity, Honest and trustworthy.
