What really makes her stand out from everyone else is her taking the time to explain to buyers the importance and benefits of using a local lender. Too many real estate transactions get delayed or even cancelled as a result of all the headaches associated with the large chain banks and out of area lenders. I am an area real estate professional and see exactly what is going on. Avoid all the hype and big talkers, Kristin is one of the best. One more thing - I read the other review where someone complained about her yelling at the closing table. It was likely that someone screwed up, costing her client time and/or money.
