Kristin never responded to my request
Kristin Sterrett represented clients of mine in the sale of their home in Serrano. Another Intero agent, Mela Fratarcangeli, represented the seller. David Bicknell was the supervising broker. Kristin Sterrett recommended a roofer for repair work. My clients paid for the work. It was not done properly. In addition Disclosure document(s) were not provided the seller prior to his loan being funded. David Bicknell blames everyone but Intero. Kristen Sterrett has not replied to a letter requesting resolution of the matter. The Sellers made it right with the buyers by the payment of several thousand dollars. Stay clear of Intero. They blame everyone but themselves.
