Kristin Walter

Born and raised in a suburb of Houston, Texas, I'm proud to be a Texan living in Colorado. The University of Texas in Austin is my alma mater, where I studied English, Spanish, and Business. I worked as a bilingual elementary school teacher after college in Houston, and quickly discovered real estate rehabbing and selling while on summer vacation. After moving to Colorado in 2007 for the outdoor lifestyle of the mountains, and to invest in real estate, I became a full time Realtor. I found that my passion for investing and helping other people could be combined into the customer service part of real estate. Teaching is still a love of mine, so I volunteer for an organization that teaches children to read. I also love teaching English to adults, and technology to Realtors. My roots still run very deep in Texas, with most of my family in the Houston and Austin areas.
