Kristina is someone you can trust from the moment you call her for the initial greeting to the last thank you, I am so happy in my home! I was the worst skeptic, thinking I couldnt trust anyone in this entire transaction. Kristina made me feel calm every step of the way. She is very professional, will go the extra mile, and will always be honest! I will make sure that all my family and friends know she is the one to go to! I hope you go to her too!

Kristina was an outstanding agent. She was very helpful and gave great advice preparing for listing the home. She was very diligent about ensuring she marketed the home in all types of media. She was excellent at communication and always tried to ensure I had plenty of notice for showings and she had as many open houses as needed (which took a lot of her time away from her family). She gave her all -- I can't thank her enough for the hardwork, time, creativity and effort she put into selling my home. It took a while to get it sold, due to the uniqueness of the home, but she never gave up and always stayed positive!!! I would highly recommend Kristina!!

These days with the market as hot as it is, there are a lot of players in the real estate game. Our meeting with Kristina Browning, real estate agent extraordinaire, was serendipitous, but oh-so meant to be. During our daughters cross-country drive, prior to starting law school, she found out her housing fell through. With six days until orientation, Kristina completely rearranged her schedule and spent the next few days exclusively with us, searching for the right place, in the right location at the right price. And we found it! We had to return home to the East coast, and Kristina handled and facilitated everything, from the offer, to inspection, trips to the condo to double-check certain particulars, to closing all tirelessly and graciously. Her professionalism is top-notch, her enthusiasm is contagious, and her kind, sincere and thoughtful spirit is phenomenal! Returning to Portland just ten days later, we were greeted with a stocked fridge, blow-up mattress complete with sheets, blanket and pillows, an extensive assortment of her personal tools for our use, and various other sundries. Always on, prompt, courteous but honest, professional and friendly, buying a home with Kristina's help couldn't have been any more pleasurable. She helped connect us to a great mortgage loan broker, home inspector and set up house after house for viewings in the times that we made ourselves available; she never showed us houses outside of our range and had a good grasp on how to feel a home out without making her opinion overbearing. Being a first time homebuyer was daunting. I knew what I DIDN'T want and had a vague idea of what I DID want, in the middle was what I could afford. Kristina took the time to learn all of that and help find houses that met my criteria. Kristina is not only patient and knowledgable, she's so easy to work with. No question was too silly or unfounded. If it was crazy, she would often say 'great question, let me get right back to you.' And she did, very quickly!Kristina also works with other talented folks in the industry providing recommendations for a mortgage broker, home inspector and insurance agent who were as delightful and knowledgable to work with as she was.Kristina cares about her clients making me feel very reassured. She guided me through a rocky home buying market, going above and beyond. She made the whole experience manageable, easy (e-sign docs are the best!) and most of all - enjoyable. She even delivered my keys to me on a Friday night at a restaurant since I had a previous obligation to be at an event. Kristina was wonderful. We were moving here for work from out of town and she helped us figure out where in Portland we wanted to live, coordinated our house-searching trips when we came into town, and then was absolutely invaluable throughout the buying process as we had to do much of it remotely. She scheduled our inspections, was on hand in our place for one of them with video and pictures, and even provided all the info for how to set up various utilities in our new town.
