By far the best and hardest working agent in my opinion. Helped with everything from sale and purchase to changing utility service and everything in between to make the stress of buying/selling house less stressful. Can't express the gratitude of all her hard work.

Kristine was so helpful to me and and my fiance as our agent while buying a home in Ramsey, NJ. While selling another property with a different agent at the same time, I saw first hand how unhelpful some agents can be. Kristine was the exact opposite, she helped us with everything! She made calls to the Homeowner's Association for us, the town with zoning questions, she helped us negotiate, showed us comps. She went above and beyond so we could just get through our mortgage app proces and not have to deal with other time consuming buying tasks. During this time, I was selling a house for an estate with another agent who did next to nothing for us. I made all of the phone calls myself to the town, applied for the CCO myself, negotiated with the buyers myself, etc. It was a strikingly different experience, and I couldn't have done it without Kristine's help.
