When my family and I were moving back to Colorado I looked at several realtors and read lots of reviews. I chose Kris because he had outstanding reviews and was easy to communicate with. Kris was very prompt with appointments, communication, and offers. Kris was always available to answer our questions or to offer his advice and opinion on the market. It was nice to work with someone who was so professional.

I highly recommend Kris as a realtor! He was super knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and could spot a "bad" fix-and-flip house immediately upon entering. As a first time homebuyer, there were many homes that I looked at that initially looked great, but Kris was able to point out "cover-ups" and "flaws" that would have cost me thousands of dollars down the road that I never would have seen. One thing that I really appreciated about Kris was that it always felt like he had my best interested in mind. We had looked at a house that I loved and he liked it too. And I was about ready to tell him to call the agent and put an offer in immediately. Kris knew we had one more house to look at that I might like, and he encouraged me to wait until we looked at all of them before making a decision. The final house ended up being my favorite and I made an offer the next day. And when it came to the offer, Kris knew exactly what to do. My offer got accepted and we closed in 30 days! I'm so glad I went through Kris and will definitely use him again in the future!
