My husband and it were looking for a duplex in Norwich. I sent out a general message on Zillow in the wee hours of the morning and Kristopher got back to me at 7 am. Within half an hour we had an appointment set up to view houses the following Friday. He happily took me to numerous properties and spoke knowledgeably about the local area, including trends, schools, and good places to eat. Throughout the process he was completely present and on top of things. I can't recommend his services enough!

Kris is a one of a kind, very hand-holdy realtor. One of the best. Do yourself a favor and work with him. So knowledgeable and I couldn't imagine it going smoother. You can't afford to NOT use him.

I originally was in contact with Kris because of a house me and my wife were looking for information on... Even though the house didn't actually end up meeting our criteria, by sheer luck, fate had steered us in Kris' direction. From a simple inquiry, we actually hired him as our own agent. Couldn't be more happy as his character and service as an agent is great.He is very down to Earth, very personable, and easy to talk to. Makes you feel like your talking to your best friend all while still being professional. Very friendly and great family guy too.He is a very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. Knows where to go and who to talk to. Points you in the right direction for other services in the buying process. As a matter of fact, I ended up using his own lender he uses, and it was the best one we had checked for rates and programs. His advice and skills were invaluable throughout the process and his skill set can match anyone's needs I'm sure. Bottom line, this is the man to talk to!

Highly Recommend Kristopher!!! Our real estate agent cancelled our showings last minute because it was a holiday weekend (probably wanted to go away.) However, we had already taken the day off, and we needed to buy a house very soon. So we called very upset (not the same agency), and Kristopher got the call, so glad he did. We spoke with him at 10pm the night before, and very same day we were supposed to see the houses, he showed us everything on our list and he recommended even more. We had placed an offer on a house that day, He was present every step of the way, and very helpful with everything. Couldn't have asked for a better agent. For a call out of the blue that I call fate, Thank you Kristopher for everything, and earning "best agent ever" in my book. And yes, we bought a house from him!

We had a wonderful experience working with Kristopher! He had to get creative working with us as we were out of state but he was excellent! FaceTimeing, Emailing, texting at any hour of the day. Overall, he did a fine job doing what was needed to be done. He did not give up on my family and I. Very down to earth and easy to talk to, doesn't push the customer in the corner, instead listens to them and shows compassion. If he does not know the answer he strives to find one for you. As I said in the beginning very fine genetlemen to work with and would recommend.

Kris assisted me in selling my old home.. we had an offer in three or four days...how can you beat that? Buying my new condo, at a great price with pretty much everything I asked for in repairs. I could tell from the day he came over to look at our home that he was the agent I would use. He came completely prepared with a comparative market analysis already done and advised us regarding what he thought we should list the house for. I had another agent over who apparently had great sales for the year prior but came completely unprepared, had no recommendation regarding what we should list the house for, and in fact told me she would "list it for whatever I wanted to list it for". If I knew what I should list it for, why would I need a realtor? Kris arranged the photography and videos of the house, which looked amazing, and really sold the house before it was even shown. He was very responsive by text and phone, answering even late into the evening and on weekends. Even though my new condo was clear across the state, I knew I wanted Kris to work with me on the purchase, as I really grew to trust his expertise and advice, and I knew he would represent my interests as his own. Additionally he's a really nice person to work with which I think is important...you can spend many hours driving around with them looking at properties day after day. In the end I got the best condo for me at the best price possible and really what else could you possibly ask for? To all those people who can't imagine how realtors could possibly deserve to earn the commissions they do (and I used to be one of them) believe me they work for every dollar (which is usually much less than you think after their fees). My situation was crazy (my just divorced husband and I were still living in the house we were selling and we couldn't agree on much) but Kris just somehow got us through it. I'm sure we'll feature prominently if he ever decides to write a book, lol.

Kris was amazing! He literally acted like he was the one buying the house and video chatted us for everything since we could not be up there for any of the process. He even drove us down the street on video to show us the neighborhood. He crawled in any space of the house to look for us and really treated it like his own! Kris made this process much easier than we thought it would be long distance.
