Kristy Bushaw is the best agent I have ever worked with. I have purchased and sold many properties and have never had any one pour themselves into their job like she does. My parents have recently worked with her and made a great purchase at a great price!!! She listens to what you want, where you want and what you want to spend and doesn't try to steer you in a different direction. She looks for what YOU want no what she wants to sell. I will definitely continue to use her and refer her to all my friends family and clients. You need to give her a call if you truly want the best agent working for you.

I was on my home computer checking out condo's for sale in Gulf Shores and Kristy was the listing agent for a property I was interested in. So I contacted her and set up a meeting with her to show me properties in G.S. I made the right choice because she spent numerous hours showing me properties one of which my daughter bought. She was so well prepared when I got their that I don't think she wasted a moment of my time. She showed me so many of the properties that I was interested in that it was very difficult to make a choice but she solved that too. Kristy was my listing agent on a property I sold in Foley, Alabama and the price was obviously correct and the listing was obviously marketed correctly as I had 3 offers in 5 days and sold for full asking price with a thirty day escrow that was professionally followed up on and all the what could have been hic-ups were eliminated by she and the selling agent.
