I wanted to downsize and move closer to my grand kids. I started my search using zillow and other online real estate sites, but became acquainted with Kristy on the second home I inquired about. That was my lucky day! While it ended up taking almost 6 months to find what I wanted (some say I am picky), Kristy was with me every step of the way. We looked at approximately 10 houses and she was extremely active with the process. Kristy was great in communicating, always punctual and a true professional. This was my first home buying experience, and Kristy did everything she could to make it as stress-free as possible. She's very personable and knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job with our negotiations. She was encouraging when other offers were chosen over ours, and was very attentive to our needs throughout the home buying process. The home we wound up choosing was actually one of the first ones she showed us! She also did her best to work with my work schedule (I work night shift).
