My husband and I worked with Michael Hunt from the Buehler's Group (also had a little help from Brooke). We were first time home buyers and Michael was very patient and I feel he went above and beyond to help us. He answered all of our questions and then some. He even pointed out stuff we would not have noticed or known to look for such as a homes resale value in the future. I truly feel like he had our best interest at heart and he took great care of us. We will no doubt use him in the future if we choose to move and will recommend him to all of our friends.

Cindy Ballard has been an exceptional relocation relator for our family. We are relocating from Washington D.C. to the Dallas area and Cindy was able to help us find a great area to live and raise our family in only two trips. Cindy was very knowledgeable in each of the areas we were looking at and showed us all the dining, shopping and attractions that were nearby. Schools were very important to us and she helped us narrow our search to a select few areas. Cindy was very personable and friendly and I plan to keep her at arms length when I have questions about the area upon arrival. Cindy comes highly recommend if you are relocating to the area.

Everyone at the entire Buehler group was fantastic to work with! This was our first experience with selling and purchasing a new home. The Buehler's and Associates team has all the skills that we needed to guide us through the entire process. After considering their recommendations, we spent extra money to update our home. We listed for $10,000 more than we thought that we would be able to and received multiple offers within the first 24 hours of being on the market. Our experience with Brian Carr at The Buehler Group was great and very professional, but more importantly, it was a really tough market for buyers in our price range, and I honestly don't think we'd be in our house without Brian's expertise and hard work. We didn't know where we wanted to live, so Brian (patiently) showed us houses from Frisco, Plano, and Carrollton to Coppell, Grapevine, and Flower Mound. Brian and his team got me into the house I wanted, and did it while dealing with me being a new teacher; 11pm questions got answered, my schedule was what they worked around, and they even came to my school to close.

Stephanie may come across as quiet and too nice to be an agent, but she is a powerhouse. She has a good technical knowledge of the process. She is on the ball with reservations, on-time paperwork and is very responsive. She out-negotiated and out-classed the selling agent. She answered my questions and her market estimates were spot on. My lender, which was not her affiliated lender said that she was the best agent they have ever worked with and made the process go smoothly. I was told multiple times by various people that she was the best they've dealt with and was well put together, and that it made my offer look stronger and made me look way better as a buyer. Stephanie is very intelligent and diligent and was the best out of the previous agents I've used and the others that I interviewed.

Stephanie was very knowledgeable about the DFW housing market as a whole and north Fort Worth in particular for our sake. Although we looked at houses for a while, she never pressured us into buying one, even those that were on the more expansive side that would've benefited her. She was very patient with us throughout and presented us with the pros and cons for each; all the while constantly updating us on financing, interest rates, and the market. She made sure we had accurate estimates of mortgages, etc. so we wouldn't be surprised by anything if we offered on a house. She was relentless in giving us options and answering any questions we had day or night. Additionally, she was aggressive in negotiating a fair price for us with sellers agents even if they were not pleased with our offer or difficult to deal with. Overall, her and her husband, Brian, were great for us and we would not only recommend them to others, but choose them again if we buy another house.

They also guided us through negotiation and buying of our next home. I purchased my retirement home with the assistance of Xann Parson. Xann was always timely for showings and very knowledgeable about the homes and the areas. He researched the available homes and contacted me with suggestions. Additionally, when I sent him info on homes I found online, he promptly responded and pointed out pluses and minuses on properties. He diligently searched and found the perfect home for me. We used the Buehlers twice, once to sell a home and again to purchase one a couple years later. Our first home was listed by another realtor. We ended up severing that relationship due to lack of performance and hired Kurt and Darla. We ended up selling our house in a couple weeks at something like 95% of our asking price. We were so pleased when we moved back into the area we made just one call to a realtor and that was Kurt. Their service didnt end when the papers were signed and the house closed.
