Kurt Gradel

Kurt is a great guy and a real go getter. In my profession I have to travel a lot and Kurt was more than willing to accommodate with my schedule. He worked on Sundays and after normal business hours to help out. He even helped us sell a family property after I bought 1765 Skyline ln.

We used Kurt to both sell our house and to find a new one. The guy knows his stuff! He sold our first home in a week. Going though the paper work process was a walk in the park. Anytime I had a question he was available to assist or find out the answer for me. Looking for a new home was the hard part but Kurt knew exactly what we were looking for and showed us house after house until we found the perfect one. And then again made closing a breeze and never left any questions unanswered. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Kurt in the future.

Kurt did a wonderful job. His steady hand and knowledge of the process was a great help in securing deals for several houses that he sold for us. We enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him.
