Being a foreigner I am very happy and lucky to have contacted Kwee since 2005 and confirmed my instinct that she was an honest, efficient and reliable agent though I decided not to sell my 2 parcels of land at North Port Florida then. Last November I contact her again in November 2021 though there were brokers and individuals trying to offer to buy my lands, which I realized later that their offers were at unbelievable 1/2 of market prices. Within 2 months after communicating with Kwee, she followed through the sales process closely, offering help whenever I needed and concluded the sales of the 2 pcs of land at reasonably good price. I sincerely appreciated what she has done for me and strongly recommend her to anybody looking for an honest, efficient and kind agent.

We were lucky enough to find Kwee through my father-in-law. She helped us with several home purchases. She was amazing never pushed us unless you really felt it was in our best interest. She actually cared about us and what was best for us, not just about what commission she was making!!!! Did not say enough how thankful we are to have had her! She really is a wonderful realtor who cares about you and not just money we were so blessed to find her!
