As a 2nd time home buyer with my husband, Kyle answered LOTS of structural, mechanical and "how-to" Qs from my husband, while admiring the potential of our current home in spite of all the pink paint. Kyle recently helped me purchase a condo in Downtown Dallas. Kyle is a trusted advisor. He helped me to buy my first home in Dallas. During the buying process, which took 3 months, Kyle patiently helped me figure out what I wanted. We started on the low end of the market and gradually made our way up to a high-rise in downtown. Kyle put in the effort to make sure that I found the right home. His diplomacy made the escrow go smoothly. Im happily writing this review looking at the city lights in my new home thanks in large part to Kyle.

Kyle was fantastic to work with. My husband and I were first time home buyers and needed a lot of hand holding through the process. Though it was a short one for us because we purchased the second house we saw, he was instrumental in the process following our decision to make an offer. He went above and beyond to seek out answers, be extremely available to us and make sure we knew all information possible. We definitely recommend Kyle to any one looking to buy!

Kyle is the perfect agent: he listens, addresses concerns, negotiates fairly and acts with professionalism and integrity.
