Kyle hambas

Born and raised in New York, Kyle is a third generation New Yorker who brings this wealth of knowledge and twelve years of real estate experience into each transaction. This experience arms clients with the information they require to make winning decisions when setting out to accomplish their real estate goals. Kyle's experience includes construction management, property management, residential and commercial sales and leasing throughout New York City and Westchester. Originally from Scarsale, New York, Kyle's first experience living in New York City began in the Fordham section of the Bronx while attending Fordham University. Although a full time student, he obtained his real estate license at 18 years old and began practicing real estate full time. After graduating college, he moved to the Upper East Side where he resided for 6 years prior to moving to his current home in Soho. Fun fact about Kyle: While on their way to the birthing center and caught in bumper to bumper Yankee Game traffic, Kyle was born in his parent's car on the George Washington Bridge.
