Kyle always answered his phone. He was always willing to sit down and answer questions with us. He made is comfortable with the process of selling. He is the best!

Kyle was very knowledgeable about the selling process. He came in and assessed our home and told us simple things to do that would make our home more appealing to potential buyers and also provided a professional photographer to take great photos! Our home had multiple offers within days, and sold above asking price. Kyle negotiated everything we wanted, and more in our contract and stayed in constant communication with us throughout the entire process. He was very professional, organized, and thorough. We would highly recommend him and use his services again to sell a future home.

After going through the process of selling and buying a home, I've found I could have saved a LOT of money on the sale of my home. He charged 6% on both sale and purchase, which is a total ripoff for what was involved. Mr. Hardman was my choice due to me knowing him from church, and thinking he was a friend. But it's clear to me now that profit is the only motivation in this. I know the other reviews, and I know why they are positive, anyone can have friends give them window dressing. I was cheated, simple as that. I've talked with other realtors, none would have charged more than 3%, and at least 3 of them would have done the EXACT SAME JOB. Do some research, check with others, you'll see you can save. The money I lost isn't pocket change, it totaled out to THOUSANDS! I can recommend many realtors that can do this job for less. Try Nancy Queen, she's done some work for me as well, and was quite fair. I should have used her on this sale and purchase.

Got stung on fee's. I paid double what most pay, and got the same service or less. He made lots of cash both selling my home and then as the rep for the new home, as we wanted to move directly in. Didn't end up happening that way, and I lost thousands. Very disappointed. So far as I'm concerned, he owes me 50% of what I paid, and I'm being nice about that. Never again.
