Kyle and his group were amazing from start to finish! His communication with us was constant and thorough. He had a list of preferred vendors to make our house look almost brand new and accompanied them to the house in our absence. Kyle was very conscious in all aspects of the selling of our home. He viewed the property and recommended what needed to be done to showcase the property. He worded the listing to get maximum exposure. He took pictures and made a video of the house that was very attractive. Net result; we had the first offer within 4 hours of listing and 2 more within 24 hours. The house ended up selling for more than what we originally intended to get. Needless to say, the sale was an enjoyable experience.
