My experience with Kymry began when I flew half-way around the world to look for a vacation rental property to purchase. She was the showing agent for one of the units my, then, real estate agent took me to preview. I didnt end up purchasing the unit she showed me (not the right fit for my needs), but when it came time to list the unit I did purchase, Kymry was the first person I thought of to reach out to.The first time I listed my vacation rental property was in 2017. Due to an unforeseen circumstance, I pulled my unit off the marketsix months into a 12-month contract. I explained to Kymry I was willing to honor our contract and keep the listing active for the term I had agreed to, but I was concerned it would not be worth her time, efforts and funds to keep on the market. She was beyond understanding (and reasonablea trait I found, unfortunately, severely lacking in Kauai real estate agents Id thus far encountered) and felt it was best to terminate the contract. I knew then and there if we ever needed to list our unit in the future, I would be listing with Kymryno questions asked.Due to another set of unfortunate events, I decided to list my vacation unit again in 2018. Kymry was my first call. Though she could have easily decided not to work with me again (because of having to cancel the contract a year prior), she was once again above board and utterly professional.Throughout the listing process, Kymry was beyond amazing to work with. Our sale was particularly difficult as I was residing internationally at the time. Kymry worked seamlessly with me despite the distance and drastic time zone differences. In both the small and large details, Kymry was amazing. She worked around guests that otherwise did not want to accommodate a showing; property management agents that were otherwise frustrating and combative and eventually multiple construction teams that needed to get in to complete an unexpected repair that could have completely destroyed the sale. Kymry worked tirelessly to sell our unit with immeasurable obstacles and with an outstanding ceiling -repair achieved a full asking price offer with an on-time closing! If that werent enough, Kymry worked even after the sale with us to secure cleaning out our personal belongings, shipping them overseas and packaging others to be sent to local friends on the island until we could arrange to have them shipped. Did I mention some of the shipped overseas items were Stand-Up Paddleboards? I kid you not when I say Kymry is the only real estate professional Ive ever worked with (Ive owned and sold multiple propertiesboth in Kauai and the mainland) that I would glowingly recommend. If I could ever only work with Kymry as a real estate agent, I would. But, until real estate agents can represent buyers in every state regardless of where their office is, I will just have to settle with sending everyone I know in Hawaii to Kymry. (Well, and writing a ridiculously inadequate review for her.)

My wife and I were so lucky to choose Kymry as our realtor for house hunting in Kauai and successfully purchased a property we love in a week during our first visit to Kauai Island. Kymry is great. We didn't have the easiest property to sell, due to lease on the land, but she persevered - advertised on tv, open houses, etc, and when we received offers we didn't accept, she didn't push. When we finally got an offer we did like, it had only a 30 day closing, and with her (and her office's) help, everything got done promptly and correctly. When we had trouble finding a handyman to fix some of the items from the inspection, she contacted a guy who she respected, and he fit us in - getting everything done in time for final inspection.

Weve known Kymry for several years because of our frequent visits to Kauai. The last time in 2017, we decided that we wanted to purchase a condo in lieu of our timeshare. Kymry was very responsive and considered all of our needs and desires. She took the extra time to communicate with us because we are not permanent Hawaii residents. I thought selling my apartment would be time consuming difficult and stressful... Kymry made the process absolutely effortless ... The process was so quick and easy I was a little stunned when we closed... I kept feeling "that was it"... Not to mention we got substantially more than our asking price.

Kymry was recommended to us by our Air B&B host, when, during a month-long stay in Kauai we could not bear the thought of leaving. Kymry responded immediately (we were on a time constraint so this was critical). She took the time to listen to what we wanted, and helped us locate exactly what we had told her we wanted!
