When we started the process of finding our first home, I didn't know it was going to be a quick process. We fell in love with our house just after a couple weeks of actively looking. From the beginning LaNita was a hands-on attentive realtor and friend through the whole process. Being first time home buyers, we were unaware of the process and LaNita walked us through it all. We are in love with our house and cannot thank LaNita enough for all she has done to get us in to our first home. Her professionalism was above par throughout the process of searching for homes that met our needs and through all the paperwork to close on our new home. She constantly touched based with us and kept us up to date on the next step. When it came down to closing, LaNita was very knowledgeable and made the process as seamless as possible. Finding a house can be nerve-wracking, but La Nita made it easy and fantastic! She knows houses and can zone in on exactly what you are looking for. Ms. LaNita Parker was absolutely terrific!!! If we could give her more than 5 stars we would! She made us feel so comfortable through this whole process and truly made it as stress free as possible and enjoyable. We did not make the house hunt easy on her; we wanted a home with a pool and way too many specs to list and she made it happen! Our son was 6 months old and she was AMAZING with him, she would hold him and play with him while letting us take however long we needed through every house (even when he was not the happiest of babies). We are now home owners of our dream house! We are so thankful to Ms. Parker for all of her hard work and helping us achieve our goals. LaNita was amazing to work with. She went out of her way to take care of us and find us the perfect home. Toward the end of our house hunt, I totaled my vehicle and while my husband was at work, she picked me up and we spent 8+ hours a day for two days looking at properties to make sure we found a house. Then went back in our top 4 at the end of the second day so my husband could see them as well. She handled the entire process for us and took so much off of our plate. We greatly appreciate her knowledge and persistence in finding us our new home.

La Nita is wonderful. I wish I could import her to my town to sell my home. I bet she could do it in a short time. My agents here keep telling me it will take forever and that it is too big for the market. May be true but at least La Nita was positive and upbeat in spite of my indecisiveness and trepidation for 6 months of searching for a home in the Houston area.
