We flew into Phoenix from CA to meet Drew to find a house using a 1031 exchange. We made an offer on day 3, the sale closed 10 days later. Repairs were made within 3 days after closing escrow. Within a week they found a good tenant and the tenant had moved in. Drew and Lacey are miracle workers! Would recommend them to anyone looking for good realtors!
