This lady is amazing at what she does, she is very knowledgeable and works wonders. Lacy helped every step of the way in buying a home, from start to finish. She was available at all hours of the days to meet our needs and schedule. We are truly thankful we found her and have a new friend for life.

My home was located at the Canals at Grand Park in Frisco, Tx. It was a new home (< 3 years old) in a neighborhood that was still building. You can imagine how difficult it is to sell a home, when a new home can be built in the same price range in a lot across the street from it.I didn't know Lacy when we first put our house on the market. The realtor who we worked with was highly recommended and seemed to have a good plan, but what he planned and what he did were two different things. After 6 months of going nowhere, we decided it was time to go in a new direction. This is when we met Lacy Rushin. From the moment we met her, we were convinced if she couldn't sell it, nobody could. We signed the paperwork and had our first open house. Well, it was more than just an open house. Her marketing plan simply blew us away. Lacy's persistence, positive attitude, and friendship kept us believing it would happen. What I didn't mention is that we were building a new home in Prosper and it was nearing completion. We had to sell and sell soon or would lose our option on the new house.Then, just as she had told us it would happen, there was a buyer. It was Christmas and we closed on December 27. We had no sooner decorated the house, that we had to take everything down and pack. Lacy was there every step of the way. When I say she will become your best friend, it's no exaggeration, she will. We're from Ohio and have no family in Texas, but she is as close to family as you can get.If you are looking to sell your home, talk with Lacy and ask every question that you need answered. Lacy is an amazing realtor whom I have had the pleasure of knowing for a number of years. Whether youre buying/selling/ or renting she makes you feel like youre her number one priority. When my daughter decided to relocate back to North Dallas earlier this year we asked Lacy to help in the search for a rental house.
