He appears to be a "slumlord." His properties are mostly trashy and he seems to take advantage of undocumented renters. Comments heard are his employees use cheap or unsafe materials to fix to sell properties.

I live nextdoor to a property this guy owns , he is a slumlord... his fixes are below par...the people that have lived in this house are being taken advantage of ....this guy needs to lose whatever license he has
