Texas New House Team, Team Lead Lance offers a diverse real estate and business background, but it all stems from his belief in serving others. Lance has been an active Realtor for over 18 years and prefers helping clients with both residential as well as farm/ranch/equestrian property sales. For him, this side of real estate is more rewarding and exemplifies the adage "If you do what you love, you never work a day in your life." Additionally, he has over 25 years of negotiating complex commercial values through property tax consulting, arbitration, and litigation support for taxpayers. Lance is also the serving Mayor for the Village of Fairchilds in south-central Fort Bend County.
