Lance and MJ Lubin

Lance and MJ make a fantastic team. My wife and I were returning to USA after 12 years overseas, and settling in St Petersburg where I have a new job. We were in close touch with Lance and MJ for over six months leading up to an intense one week visit to find a new place. We managed that (somehow) but the process of closing was virtual as we left again, only to return a few days before I began my new job! MJ and Lance managed everything we needed on the ground, the inspection, the closing, some urgent repairs before we came back, as well as what we needed for electricity, internet, etc. Full five stars for excellent, relevant real estate knowledge as well as a top-notch service mentality!1

We decided late in the day, to sell our Florida condo. Having reviewed are sales companies, we settled on the Lubin Team. MJ and Lance came and talked us through the whole procedure from start to finish. we were quite happy and went back to the UK leaving them to carry on. We were buyers from Colorado. We found the Lubin Team online and from the beginning we knew we were in good hands. I don't know how we got so lucky, but of all the realtors in the area, we are blessed to have had the Lubin's on our side. Can you give someone more than 5 five stars?They understood our search parameters, communicated with us, quickly answered questions in detail, and sent us listings to watch so we had a better plan for when we got to Florida. When we flew to the Clearwater, Largo, St. Petersburg, Seminole area there was a lot to narrow down and were on a time crunch to find just "the right vacation home" and within our budget. Lance and MJ worked tirelessly along side us on our mission. They set-up and showed us many houses. They respected our listing choices and assisted by offering suggestions for places they liked because of living the area they knew so well. Our little diamond in the rough just five minutes from the beach (literally). Our offer was accepted; we flew home. That's when all the extra work done on behalf of Lance and MJ began. They really are a stellar team and compliment each other's strengths. Since we were out-of-state they handled virtually everything which is not a requirement of any realtor - just the sign of a good one. They were there for and helped us understand a very thorough inspection. They helped us find quality companies to service our home, even before closing. They made themselves available for paint estimates, for flooring estimates, for yard and home pest control. They took reliable measurements so we knew what to buy before we arrived. They helped us find an affordable insurance company and worked closely with the title company. They handled contract negotiations and revisions sending many emails, on time, for us to electronically sign so there was no slow down on a detailed, time consuming process. All of that work ensured we closed on time, we did not lose our rate lock, and we were able to plan our cross country adventure feeling secure everything was in place. After closing, they still kept in touch with care and compassion, visits and numerous offers to bring lunch while we were so busy! We can't completely put into words all they did. It truly was tremendous and required hours upon hours of extra work. In addition to the hands on stuff, the emotional support, the conversations, the kindness, the consistency, the professionalism, the follow-up, the attention to all aspects of home ownership, and so much more makes us 100% certain we will never have a different realtor on our side.
