I began my real estate career selling multifamily apartment buildings in Orange County, CA. We are from the Bay Area searching for a property in Orange County and so lucky to find Lance through Zillow. Right after sending the request for a tour on one condominium in Santa Ana, Lance introduced himself and was proactive setting up the tour for us, eventhough it was a late night. To my surpise, he was able to show us 4 more properties in Garden Grove and Long Beach the next day. His knowledge and responsive were incredibly helpful. We made the offer on one property in Garden Grove. He understood what we needed and updated the progress promptly. The offer wasn't accepted and Lance assured that he could show us the other properties. It was our pleasure and great experience to work with Lance on the house hunting in soCal.
