Professional, responsive and knowledgeable - The Taylor team was a pleasure to work with. The entire team was available to answer all of our questions and concerns from the initial meeting with Lance until the closing. It was clear from the beginning that they had our best interests in mind. I would highly recommend the Taylor team to any buyers or sellers in the area and would definitely work with them again for any future real estate needs.

Lance Taylor was incredibly awesome as a realtor. We toured with / interviewed 6 different realtors, 2 from UTSW list, and Lance was a goldmine of information and protected us from a potentially bad purchase versus just making a sale. For example, we really loved an existing home and when we said that was the one we wanted to make an offer on, Lance looked up homes in the neighborhood and saw that a number had been "bought back by the builder" due to foundation issues from soil movement making the houses uninhabitable. Even though this particular home had no reported issues, he let us know that the builder's foundation warranty ended at 10 years and this home was 10 years 3 months in age. If I remember correctly, he said soil movement foundation issues were not covered under homeowner's insurance as well. He always went the extra mile. We strongly believe all of the others would not have looked so in-depth into the neighboring homes and would have just said "Great, I'll draw up the paperwork". The other agent only showed us homes well above our price limit, not in the style we had asked for, and would not answer questions as to why we should not look at certain towns or areas, etc. The others just did not offer much information or put much effort into looking up requested information such as the zoning around the homes we were interested in, etc. We were not able to fly back on a day's notice (thanks to the builder) for a final walk through on the home, and Lance was willing to do it in our place and quite particular in the repairs needed. This was greatly appreciated. He was firm with the builder and got things accomplished / agreed to when they were completely unworkable with me and treated me as though, as a woman, I know nothing about home building.

And when it is time to move forward once we selected our home, he provided sound advice on the different services and actors involved a few suggestions for lenders and such. The entire process for us from just browsing to actually taking possession of the keys, was kept running smoothly and has now left a great memory/experience we will cherish.
