Lance was great throughout our purchase process. Very accommodating in getting us in to see the property multiple times, based around our schedule. Diligent in keeping up with the many players as the deal progressed and in acting as liaison between us and the seller's agent and attorney.

He was very polite and explained every thing he was going to do before he started. From explaining what pictures he would be taking to what things we could do to improve our chance of selling our house. Lance is excellent to work with. He is very responsive. He was very organized throughout the purchase of our new home. He had a loan coordinator and a lawyer who was familiar with realty closings. Which in turn made the process go smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend Lance for any future buying/selling of homes or lots/land. To top it all off Lance is a very kind and enthusiastic agent.

Lance is definitely the go to guy if you are buying a house. He listened to what it was that we were looking for in a home and he delivered! He is very professional but also very personable and takes care of his clients. As far as contacting him with questions about anything, he is great at responding in a timely manner. If he needed to find out the information, he would let us know that is what he was doing and would get back to us...never did he leave us hanging without a response!
