Landon Hill

Born and raised in costal NC, I spent my child hood growing up running around the beach. I feel in love with what I came to find was called “ costal living ” . I am passionate about real estate and take a very timely and pressure free approach to work. Many of my past clients find this as one of their favorite characteristics of working along side me. When im not working real estate, you can usually find me doing just about anything in the water... Boating, fishing, scuba diving, freediving, spearfishing, and surfing are just a handful of hobbies that I enjoy! I am a firm believer of the right house will be clear. My focus from the start is to make you aware of all the areas costal NC has to offer. Following that, we narrow down on the areas that intrest you and avoid the areas that dont. I commit fully to understanding my clients unique needs, timelines, and goals - ensuring no detail is overlooked.
