During the house selling process, Lane answered all my questions promptly, and he had some good advice about how to set prices including a price drop that was necessary based on activity and feedback. I managed to get an offer below asking price and Lane suggested a counter-offer, which was accepted. All of the paperwork was handled electronically and he sent out everything pretty much immediately. I couldn't have asked for a more seamless and easy process. He did a fantastic job!
